What the CoP? Making sense of the TSA

May 23 @ 9:30 am - 2:30 pm

Session 1 – What is TSA compliance when you are a supplier?

The supply chain obligations where your organisation is supplying into Tier 1 and 2 providers is (should this be ‘are’ not ‘is’?) increasingly becoming onerous, but what do Vendors and Managed Service Providers (e.g. Wholesale, Neutral Host and Third-party admin providers) have to show (or demonstrate) to prove they are compliant?

This discussion will cover how to proactively scope and prove your compliance, including how to use existing compliance spend to help you. What do you mean by spend – budget. Could we say leverage you existing compliance budget?

Session 2 – Is your governance resilient, what the future holds for the TSA and beyond?

The TSA is merely the start of the journey, with Ofcom already renewing their expectations for resilience during 2024, which build on the TSA to define a series of additional resilience obligations, an expectation that the CoP will be updated, and the recent Government announcement on extending the scope of Cyber Resilience (NIS2.0) to include Telecoms and more importantly suppliers. Working out how to address these challenges now and developing a pragmatic strategy for the future is a clear priority.

Hear from experts dealing with existing regulatory compliance and a former Tier 1 provider on how to prepare for these changes.
