The GigaTAG report issued in June 21 evaluated the value of various labelling schemes, including INCA's Gold Standard, in increasing gigabit-capable connections by reducing consumer confusion over the different connection types through clear and unambiguous consumer messages.
This report led to Ofcom setting up the Common Standards in Broadband Customer Information Working Group to work with industry, achieve consensus and launch a new Code mid 2022.
INCA has restarted the work of the QM Working Group to review this process and gain feedback from Members to inform the Ofcom WG.
INCA has also re-engaged with BSI to produce a plan for a PAS which could underpin a formal BSI Kitemark.
