OSS/BSS Response times required by OTS Hub

Use of the OTS Hub will be mandatory for any operator with customers classed as residential. It can also be used for business customers.

This will require changes to your OSS/BSS systems to be compliant with the OTS process.

Ofcom has rejected the idea of allowing some smaller RCPs (ISPs) to respond to OTS Hub customer / service matching requests manually within 2 days. Ofcom have been very clear that they expect a maximum 60 sec SLA and anything other than this would not be compliant with “quick, easy and reliable switching”. Their letter is below.
