Using this form you can register up to 10 people for the INCA Summit and/or the 2024 Awards Dinner. If you wish to register more than 10 people you can re-use this form, or get in touch and we'll be be happy to assist.

INCA Summit: Fees

The standard fees are as follows:

  • INCA Summit: per person: £575*.
  • Early bird registration (i.e. registrations received on or before August 31 2024): £475*
  • INCA Awards Dinner: per person £170*

*Fees are stated exclusive of VAT, which will be charged at the standard rate.

Discounts

INCA member organisations in Tiers One to Four can benefit from a discount against the summit fees above by entering a discount code. These codes are sent to all member contacts known to INCA via email. In addition, INCA Member organisations in Tiers 1 to 4 using their discount code and registering ten people for the Awards Dinner will pay only for nine places).

If you would like to register for the event, but don't have a discount code and your organisation is an eligible INCA member, please get in touch. If you are a representative of a member organisation but don't get email from us you can apply for a user account.

For each person you register, click the checkboxes provided to select the event options (Summit and/or Awards Dinner) to register that person for. When the event option is selected the relevant ex VAT fee for that option is displayed, reflecting any discount code entered. By submitting this form you indicate that you accept the terms and conditions stated at the bottom of this page. Please note: when you submit this form an email acknowledgement and a copy of an automatically generated invoice will be sent to everyone whose details you provide. If you wish to register places for guests, for example, and don't want them to receive these notifications, you may prefer to contact us and ask that we make these registrations on your behalf and invoice you accordingly.

Terms and conditions for INCA Conference and Awards Dinner 2024

Full payment is required prior to the event. Notice of cancellation for paid-for events must be given in writing and the following will apply:

  • a 50% administration charge will be applied to any cancellation made up to 15 days prior to the event.
  • a 100% administration charge will be applied to any cancellations within 14 days prior to the event.

Substitute participants can be made at any time by contacting us with details.

INCA reserves the right to alter the arrangements or cancel an event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to keep registered participants promptly informed of any such changes, and where appropriate provide a refund.

Special discount codes are made available to enable representatives of INCA member organisations to take advantage of discounts based on the nature of their organisation's membership of INCA. We monitor the usage of these codes, and where we find that a code has been misapplied for any reason we reserve the right to cancel related conference registrations and/or amend the fees payable accordingly.
