INCA Code of Practice
All INCA members agree to abide by the INCA Code of Practice as a condition of membership. The Code of Practice supports cooperation, ethical conduct, and the integrity of the independent networks sector. Members commit to: • supporting the aims of INCA and cooperation between independent networks; • maintaining confidentiality of information shared through INCA; • acting in the interests of INCA as a whole when participating in governance; • conducting business to a high standard of ethical practice. Failure to adhere to the Code of Practice may result in assurances being required, suspension of membership, or consideration of expulsion in accordance with INCA’s rules.
Competition Law and Conduct
INCA is committed to full compliance with competition law. INCA meetings, working groups and events are conducted to avoid the sharing of commercially sensitive information, including pricing, customer data, market allocation or strategic intent. Members are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with competition law at all times. INCA reserves the right to intervene or halt discussions where necessary.
