INCA Awards Dinner 2023

A central feature of the INCA calendar is our annual Awards Dinner

As with previous years the dinner is hosted in the midst of our Annual Conference – for 2023 this is on the evening of November 21st, at the National Conference Centre near Birmingham International Airport.

The shortlisted finalists for our coveted INCA Awards will learn who will get to take home a trophy in recognition of their achievements. It is a great occasion for everyone in our sector to come together and celebrate some of the brightest and best in the industry.

You will be asked to select your menu choices for the Awards Dinner when you register. The menu options for the 2023 Awards Dinner are as follows:

Starters

• A Caesar salad tower with chicken, bacon, egg, parmesan, and sourdough croutons, or
• Chilled conchigliette pasta with avocado, tomato and pomegranate on a bed of rocket (vegetarian, can be adapted to vegan)

Main Course

• Poached chicken breast topped with roasted red peppers coated with a cream paprika sauce with Parisian potatoes , or
• Warm savoury pancake filled with spinach, mushrooms, almond cream cheese filling, coated in onion and parsley sauce, with Parisian potatoes (vegetarian, can be adapted to vegan)

Dessert

• A raspberry ripple baked Alaska served with a seasonal wild berry sauce
• A sharp caramelised lemon tart with a sweet cherry compote and mascarpone cream (vegetarian, can be adapted to vegan)

Registration for the INCA Awards Dinner is £165.00 per person (+ VAT). The dinner is a separate ticketed event and is not included in the conference pass. Members with discount codes registering ten people for the Awards Dinner get a 10% discount.
