Celebrate Excellence: The Annual INCA Awards Dinner

The Annual Awards Dinner is the highlight of the INCA Summit you can’t afford to miss. Happening the evening of the 26th at ICC Wales, it's the perfect way to cap off the first day of summit activities in style.

Join us as the shortlisted finalists find out who will take home a coveted INCA Award for their outstanding achievements. It’s the perfect occasion for our sector to come together and celebrate the best and brightest in the industry. 

Dinner Menu

Featuring some of the best Welsh produce

Starters

  • Monmouthshire Ham: Welsh air-dried ham served with Caerphilly cheese arancini, pickled cauliflower, Brecon honey dressing and a cheese straw

  • Sweetcorn Panna Cotta with charred corn ribs, chilli salsa, coriander oil, avocado purée, herb salad (V)

Main Course

  • PGI Welsh Lamb: Herb crushed loin of lamb, lamb shoulder oggie, heritage carrots, smoked PGI leeks, Blas y Tir potatoes, spiced pumpkin chutney, tarragon jus
  • BBQ Grilled Cauliflower Steak, Spiced sweet potato, Romanesco, chimichurri, baby tomatoes (V)

Dessert

  • Poached Pear with set pear mousse on a biscuit base, Halen Môn chocolate mousse, maple gel

  • Passion Fruit mousse with a passion fruit filling, passion fruit glaze, on a gluten free soba, desiccated coconut, raspberry gel (V)
     

Important dietary notes: 

  • The Monmouthshire Ham and Welsh lamb dishes dishes contain dairy, gluten, egg, mustard, and sulphur dioxide (commonly used as a preservative in foods such as pickles, wines, juices).
  • The poached pear dish contains dairy, egg, soya and gluten.
  • The passion fruit dish contains nuts and sulphur dioxide.
  • Dishes marked (V) are vegetarian.

When you register for the Awards Dinner you will be asked to provide your menu selections.
